These terms apply to your use of redrockautotransport.com and to quotes you request from Red Rock Auto Transport (“Red Rock,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we do

Red Rock arranges the transportation of vehicles. Your vehicle is picked up, transported and delivered by an independent, licensed and insured motor carrier that we select for your route. We coordinate the shipment and remain your point of contact from quote to delivery.

Quotes

A quote is our price for the shipment you describe. It is based on the information you enter, including the locations, the vehicle, whether the vehicle runs, the trailer type and your dates. If any of that changes or turns out to be inaccurate, the price may change. Examples include a vehicle that is larger, heavier or modified, a vehicle that does not run, a different address, or different dates.

Quotes are available for a limited time and depend on carrier availability. A quote is not a contract. Your shipment is booked only when you confirm an order with us.

Your order

When you book, you will receive an order confirmation that states the price, the payment terms and the cancellation terms for your shipment. That confirmation, together with the carrier’s bill of lading, governs your shipment. If anything in it conflicts with these website terms, the order confirmation controls.

Pickup and delivery dates

Pickup and delivery dates and transit times are estimates. Weather, traffic, mechanical problems, road closures and other customers’ schedules can all affect them. We do not guarantee a specific date unless we have agreed to it in writing, and we are not responsible for costs that result from a delay, such as rental cars or travel changes.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about the vehicle and the locations.
• Make sure an adult is present at pickup and at delivery to hand over or receive the keys and sign the inspection report.
• Prepare the vehicle: remove personal items, toll tags and loose accessories, and leave about a quarter tank of fuel. Personal items left in a vehicle are shipped at your own risk and are not covered by the carrier’s insurance.
• Tell us in advance if the vehicle does not run, leaks fluid, has been modified or is larger than standard.
• Inspect the vehicle with the driver at pickup and at delivery.

Damage and claims

The carrier is responsible for your vehicle while it is in the carrier’s possession, and the carrier’s cargo insurance is the primary coverage for damage in transit. If you see new damage at delivery, write it on the delivery inspection report before you sign, take photographs, and contact us right away. We will help you submit a claim to the carrier. Damage that is not noted on the delivery report may be difficult or impossible to claim. Time limits may apply.

Text messages

If you opt in on our quote form, Red Rock Auto Transport will send you recurring text messages about your quote, your booking and the status of your shipment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help, or call (866) 629-3950. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your phone number.

Calls

By giving us your phone number you agree that we may call you about your quote or shipment. Calls may be recorded for quality and record-keeping.

Using this website

You may use the site to learn about our services and to request quotes for your own shipments. You may not misuse it. That includes submitting false information or requests on behalf of someone who has not authorized you, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, and copying or collecting its content by automated means.

The text, design, logo and other content on this site belong to Red Rock Auto Transport or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

The site includes services provided by other companies, such as maps. We are not responsible for those services or for other websites we link to.

Disclaimers

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but we provide the site “as is” and do not promise that it will be error-free or always available. Transit times, distances and other general information on the site are estimates for guidance, not commitments.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Red Rock is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from a shipment, including loss of use of a vehicle. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the shipment in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the carrier’s own responsibility for your vehicle.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here on the day you request a quote is the one that applies to that quote.
