What we collect when you request a quote or book a shipment, and what we do with it.
This policy explains what information Red Rock Auto Transport (“Red Rock,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use redrockautotransport.com, request a quote, call or text us, or book a shipment, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote we ask for your pickup and delivery ZIP codes, your timing, the trailer type, the year, make and model of your vehicle and whether it runs, and your first name, last name, email address and phone number. If you book a shipment we also collect the full pickup and delivery addresses, the names and phone numbers of the people who will release and receive the vehicle, and payment details. Payment card information is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Calls and messages. We keep records of our phone calls, emails and text messages with you. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training and record-keeping. We may use automated tools, including AI assistants, to help answer messages, summarize conversations and review call quality.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours receives your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to understand how it is used and to measure our advertising.
How we use information
- To prepare your quote and contact you about it by phone, email or, if you agreed, text message.
- To arrange, schedule and track the transport of your vehicle.
- To take payment and keep records of your order.
- To answer questions, resolve problems and handle damage claims.
- To improve our website, our pricing and our service.
- To prevent fraud and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Who we share it with
Carriers and drivers. To move your vehicle, we give the assigned motor carrier your name and phone number, the pickup and delivery addresses and contacts, and the vehicle details.
Service providers. Companies that work for us receive the information they need to do that work. They include the providers of our quoting, dispatch and customer-management software, website hosting, phone and text messaging services, payment processing, mapping and address lookup, and analytics. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
Affiliated companies. We may share information with companies under common ownership with us that help provide our services, subject to this policy.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, carriers, staff or the public.
Business changes. If our business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner, which must continue to honor this policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you check the consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Red Rock Auto Transport about your quote, your booking and the pickup and delivery of your vehicle. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, other than the messaging providers that deliver our texts on our behalf.
Cookies and third-party services
Some features of this site are provided by other companies, which receive your IP address and may set their own cookies when the feature loads:
- Google Maps, for the office maps on our location pages and for ZIP code suggestions in the quote form.
- Google Fonts, for the typefaces used on the site.
- Analytics and advertising tools we may use, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The quote form works without them.
How long we keep information
We keep quote and shipment records for as long as we need them to serve you, to handle claims and disputes, and to meet the record-keeping rules that apply to transportation companies. When information is no longer needed we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Your choices and rights
- Texts: reply STOP at any time.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or tell us to stop.
- Calls: ask us not to call and we will note your record.
- Your information: you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will confirm your identity before acting, and we may keep information we are required by law to retain.

Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to this site. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without authorization.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
